("LFG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our landing page for Unique Dental Clinic ("Unique Dental") or submit our Smile Assessment form. By using our website or submitting the form, you agree to the practices described below.

LFG Solutions Inc. is a Canadian company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. We operate this website and the Smile Assessment form as the marketing and acquisition partner for Unique Dental Clinic, a cosmetic dentistry clinic located in Cancun, Mexico. We collect information on behalf of Unique Dental to provide you with a treatment quote.

When you submit the Smile Assessment form, we collect the information you give us, including:

- Photos of your teeth that you choose to upload
- Medical history relevant to dental treatment (allergies, medications, conditions)
- Any other information you provide in optional questions
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

- Pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and how you interact with it
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising analytics

4. Who we share information with

- Unique Dental Clinic (Cancun, Mexico) — for case assessment, quote preparation, and treatment planning. Your information is transferred to Mexico when shared with the clinic.
- Service providers that help us operate our business, including email and SMS providers, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and website hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook) — through their Conversions API for advertising measurement and optimization. We send Meta hashed (irreversibly encoded) versions of contact information so Meta can match it to user accounts. We do not share unhashed contact details with Meta.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. International transfer of your data
Because Unique Dental Clinic operates in Mexico, your information is transferred to and stored on systems located in Mexico when we share it with the clinic. Mexico's privacy laws may differ from those of Canada. By submitting our form, you consent to this transfer.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

8. Marketing communications and CASL
By submitting the Smile Assessment form, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages (email and SMS) from LFG Solutions and Unique Dental Clinic about your potential treatment, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
You can withdraw consent at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message we send
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Emailing nabil@lfgsolutions.ca with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line
Transactional messages directly related to a treatment you've booked (e.g., appointment reminders, travel logistics) are not considered marketing and will continue regardless of marketing opt-out status.
9. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations:
- Lead and quote information — up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you become a treatment customer.
- Treatment customer records — retained by Unique Dental Clinic in accordance with applicable medical record laws in Mexico.
- Analytics and ad data — retained according to the policies of the relevant service provider (e.g., Meta).
After the retention period expires, we delete or anonymize your information.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
